US-60MTA  Digital automatic tension controller

Used in unwind and rewind tension zones. The easy-to use panel simplify the set-up and operation. Functions include eternal unwinding and rewinding tension close-loop control, two reels exchange smoothly within 0-30s delay time and more. The new reel’s first value being able to be preset and the original reel can storage the current value. Indicator lights allow the operator to see the operating mode at a glance. The tension controller is configured with two tension transducers which has zero adjustment capacity. Zero adjustment automatically when starting the machine.
