The Printing Ink Proofer designed to test the special color before printed in printing machine. The color matching work is completely changed into a work before printing, thus it can greatly reduced the production time of printing machine and reduce the consumption of papers, ink, rag, car washing water, human labor power and electricity consumption. Spot Color Proofing

   The multi-stage proofer can print color strips of different colors at the same time, or print a same ink color strip in different ink thickness. It can also print new and previous ink on the same printing material to make comparison, and provide highly effective color comparison.

Color Change Caused by Wetness and Dryness

   When the special ink color strips printed by the proofer, the hue of special color can be found after drying . For example, the phenomenon that purple color and deep blue color will turn to red after dryin gcan be eliminated before printing.

   Used along with the ink injector, the used quantity of the special color ink can be anticipated, thus treatly reduce the remnant ink wastage and store accumulation.
