Application:

LHCI-116 environment friendly chromium mist inhibitor is an efficient and does not contain the international PFOS series of fluorocarbon surfactants. It has good high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and electrolytic stability during the production of chromium electroplating. It can effectively reduce the concentration of chromic acid in the electroplating workshop, inhibit the volatilization of acid mist, improve the working environment in the electroplating workshop, and reduce costs.

 

Instructions:

The amount of LHCI-116 added to each liter of electrolytic tank solution is: 0.1 g-0.4 g, and the amount should be increased for the first time to make the solvent reach a super-saturated state. Later, it can be added in batches according to foam consumption. (The weighed white crystalline powder of LHCI-116 is completely dissolved in hot water above 80℃ and then added to the electrolytic cell.)

 

When using, be sure to pay attention to the amount of opening (or adding) to be excessive, for example, after adding a chromium mist inhibitor to the surface of the electroplating tank, continue to add 30% of the original amount to maintain the chromium mist inhibitor. It is always in an excessive state. As time goes by, the foam is gradually and slowly consumed, and the surface of the electroplating bath is empty (there is no space for foam). At this time, it is necessary to add a chromium mist inhibitor. After the foam is covered, add 30% %, and so on.
