Q: Are we manufacturer? 
A：Yes, we have our own factory in Foshan for mold development, injection molding of plastic parts, R&D and production. We also have good relations with many factories. For some of the appliances we don't produce, we sub-contract to other factories. The purpose of doing so is to integrate the resources of the home appliance industry, better serve customers and develop the market.

Q： What is your terms of payment?
A：T/T: 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages of the finished orders before you pay the balance, or you can send persons to inspect the online production or the finished orders for confirmation before the balance payment.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A：Generally, it will take 35 days after receiving your deposit payment. The specific delivery time depends on the quantity of your order and also some special circumstances. Anyway, we will communicate with you about the delivery date and try the best to meet your requirements.

Q: Can you produce according to samples?
A：Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We are an ODM & OEM manufacturer. We are confident that our R&D strength can support the smooth development of your project. 

Q: What is your sample policy?
A：We can supply the sample if you need, but you have to pay the sample and courier fee. It will take about 5 days to prepare the sample.
