corona treater treat the plastic film surface,after treat, ink more easy insert and get better quality, This machine is mainly used to do the treatment on the surface of plastic film such as PE, PP, PVC and also fit for aluminum foil, etc.

Installation method:

1. The treated materials under external guide roll 1 into, above the silica  roller 1 finish face processing

2. Then treated material under  from silica 2  guide roller, and then through the external guide roller 2 above, complete the back precessing

Notice : When installa the corona treament station should take a atttion to the position of the external guide roller ,the external guide roller 1should  be about 40cm higher than the silica roller 1,but the external guide roller 2 should be 40 lower than the silica roller 2
