BRIEF INTRODUCTION

This machine is the main equipment of liquid production line. It adopts 304 stainless steel material, the parts which touch the liquid medicine is made of 316 stainless steel. It is suitable for vitreous and plastic bottles' filling, caps sending and capping. It can unit filling and sealing as one. Advanced design, compact structure and convenient to replace are its advantages. The equipment can also matches with other machineries in order to realize the goal of flow line production.

Working Process:

When the bottles in an even row which sent by conveyor reach filling part, filling nozzles will go deep down to inside of bottle and begin to fill. The nozzle will go up slightly to bottleneck, then filling stops.

The conveyor will convey bottles to equal-index plate. The plate makes bottles do intermittent motion

in the function of cam indexer. Bottles arrive at capping part. When finish capping, bottles will be sent

to the next process by conveyor.
